The Lotus Eaters - Audience Information
We're so excited to welcome you into the Ballroom at Fenton Town Hall for the Lotus Eaters. Here are some things to note before you arrive. Please read all the information below and just get in touch if you have any questions.
Please do not bring any large bags or bulky coats into the performance, there’s no cloak room and very little space for bags by your feet due to the layout of the show.
The venue is: Fenton Town Hall, Albert Square, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 3FA
Bar/Cafe
The cafe (ground floor) and bar (first floor) open 1 hour before the start of the show serving drinks and snacks only.
There is no drink/food allowed in the ballroom (except bottled water) so the cafe and bar will stop serving 10 mins before the show starts.
The cafe will be open after the show, please stay for a drink and a chat and to leave some feedback!
Tickets
You don't need to bring/show a ticket, your name will be on a list. If you've bought tickets for other people please share this email with them and make sure they know what name their tickets are under.
You will have either sitting, standing or perching tickets and you will get a hand stamp on arrival to help ushers get you to the right place once inside the Ballroom.
In The Ballroom
You will enter the Ballroom at the show's start time.
When you enter the Ballroom there will be performers already in the room, music playing and theatrical lighting. Volunteer ushers will help you get to the right places.
The audience will be on three sides of the Ballroom and the performers mostly in the centre, if you need to leave at any point just alert an usher who will help you exit through the nearest door at a suitable moment.
If you think you are likely to need to leave at any point mid-show please let the front of house staff know and they can ensure you're sitting in the best place.
