About Up Men

Up Men aims to promote positive mental health in men through creativity & connection - bringing people together without fear of judgement. We stand for openness, acceptance, fresh perspectives and positive expression.

We host courses and one-off events, You can find details of these on our whats on page.

Up Men is the legacy of a Restoke project MAN UP, a show about masculinity & mental health co-created with 21 men in Stoke-on-Trent. MAN UP culminated in five sell-out shows performed at Goldenhill Working Men's Club. The Up Men programme is steered and supported by a group of men who took part in the original performance.
