Transforming Justice
Taster workshop - 28th January 2-5pm in the Ballroom at Fenton Town Hall followed by a hearty meal from the cafe!
In this session the team will begin by introducing the scope of the whole project, who will be delivering it and the partners organisations who will also be involved. We will then share a series of theatre games and storytelling exercises to think about: 1) What it means to build a collective; and 2) What justice means to us and the ways in which we learn about justice in our culture. We will finish by mapping out some of the key areas of interest in the group and discussing any questions folks might have. We hope this will give a good sense of the focus and approach of the project so you can see if it is something you are interested in.
You do not need to have any experience in theatre or justice, just an interest in thinking about how we can work collectively to build a more just and equal society. Of course, anyone with existing experience in these areas is very welcome!
